Negativity Can Spread Just As Fast As Ivy's Vines

Have you ever thought of negativity like a vine?

No think about it! If something bums you out you normally carry that negativity onto the next part of your day and the next and then you're full on in a bad mood! You're poised on attacking loved ones because of the one thing that pissed you off earlier in the day.

That's happened to me more times than I can count. I'll let something someone said upset me. I hold on to it and let it fester and grow. Then unintentionally take it out on Sammy, Randy or Owen. 

That's why I've learned to take a step back and just rethink things. Is it worth me holding onto the negativity of someone else? To ruin my day because on one small event that isn't even relevant anymore? Is my ego that big?

Poison Ivy is a queen at this. She flourishes in spreading evil! So what if we take a step back and spray some weed killer before she takes hold on us!
