Do you love yourself? Or is it too hard to look in the mirror at your reflection? 

I know for most of my life I was discussed, ashamed, and disappointed in myself. I mean that's what most of my family thought about me so why should I think anything different, right!? 

But on my flight back up from one of my rock bottom falls I started to learn that there was an amazing person inside me. And as I was flying I started to grow more and more into a person I started to absolutely fall in love with.

It wasn't a fast flight, but I finally found that I am a beautiful person. I've also found the more I love on myself the more I radiate that love onto others!
