Does Taking Time For You Feel Strange?



Taking time to just sit sucks.

There's so much I could be getting done. I don't have time to slow down. To focus on how I feel inside, what I want to feel inside. To be grateful and let go of my stresses.

That's what I thought until something started to happen to make me. My hair started to thin out. Like to the point where I was asking Randy every day if he'd still love me if I went bald. 

My hair NOW hasn't been this thick in 13 years, I don't think that the fact that I've started to take time to focus on me, with gratitude, love and just letting go of my stress every day is a coincidence!

Just as Dr. Strange can slow down time and center himself so he is at his strongest and most powerful. I'm finding meditation, gratitude and just taking 5-15 minutes a day to love ME, is doing the same for me!
