I'm Running Up


I hated running workouts. Workouts full of high knees, jogging, butt kicks oh and jumping lunges yuck. They were my enemy. I a would purposely avoid them! But I've come to learn that in doing so I was stopping myself from growing! 
So today I whooped out some BODYATTACK! A workout program full of all these things I don't like. But I wasn't allowing myself to focus on the negative things, no I was focusing on how much more I'd be bettering my self through the suck! 
And you know what?! 6000 steps and 600 cals later, dripping in sweat I was fucking proud of myself!
